Old Taylor Brand

Of the distilleries founded by E.H. Taylor, Jr. Old Taylor was the one to which he gave his family name and the one which he retained and operated as the family business.  Old Taylor was considered by many to be the premium bourbon of it's day.

The firm of E.H. Taylor, Jr. and Sons, makers of Old Taylor was comprised of E.H Taylor, Jr. and his three sons:  Swigert Taylor, Kenner Taylor, and Edmund Watson Taylor.  After the father's death the Old Taylor Distillery was sold and passed from ownership of the Taylor family.
